To modify a free downloadable plan, please book a consultation with either Philip or Marielle, list the plan name, and detail your modification requirements. During the consultation, they will review all requirements with you and provide an estimate within 3 business days. Once approved, the project will be scheduled and modifications will proceed.

The cost to modify a set of our free downloadable plans depends on the complexity and scope of the changes. Each modification can affect multiple drawings, and the cost is calculated per drawing. Here are a few examples to give you an idea of total pricing:

Billing occurs at different stages depending on the service provided, but all invoices are sent out on the 15th with payment due by the 1st of the following month:

• Initial Consultations: Billed at the time of booking.

• Drafting Services: An initial deposit is required upon agreement. For ongoing services, billing occurs at monthly intervals.

• Virtual Tours and Drone Imaging: A 50% deposit is required upon agreement, with the remainder billed upon completion.

• Other Ongoing Services (e.g., Construction Consulting): Billed at regular intervals as agreed upon in the service contract.

We provide several payment options for your convenience. Invoices are sent via Harvest and can be paid online through Stripe and PayPal. We also accept credit and debit card payments using a Square card reader, as well as cash and checks. All payment terms, including deposits and balances, will be clearly detailed in your service agreement.
