Description: Detailed architectural and structural drafting using advanced Revit software for architects, engineers, construction professionals, and homeowners.
Rate: $30 per hour
2. Introductory Rate for Businesses
We offer a special introductory rate for businesses to experience our high-quality drafting services at a reduced cost.
Rate: $25 per hour for the first project
3. Modifications to Free Downloadable Plans
Basic Modifications
Description: Simple changes to existing plans, such as resizing windows, altering door placements, or adding client names to plans.
Rate: $25 per modification
Examples:
Resizing two windows: $25 each
Altering the placement of a single door: $25
Adding the client's name to the title block: $25
Intermediate Modifications
Description: More complex alterations that involve structural changes, such as adjusting room sizes, modifying roof lines, or adding new sections to a plan.
Rate: $50 per modification
Examples:
Adjusting the size of a bedroom: $50 per affected drawing (e.g., floor plan, foundation plan)
Moving an interior wall: $50 per affected drawing (e.g., floor plan, elevations)
Modifying the roof line: $50 per affected drawing (e.g., roof plan, roof framing plan)
Advanced Modifications
Description: Significant revisions that require substantial design work, including reconfiguring layouts, integrating new architectural features, or preparing additional detailed drawings.
Rate: $100 per modification
Examples:
Reconfiguring the layout of the main floor: $100 per affected drawing (e.g., floor plan, framing plan, foundation plan)
Adding a new room: $100 per affected drawing (e.g., floor plan, roof plan, sections)
Integrating a new architectural feature such as a fireplace: $100 per affected drawing (e.g., floor plan, elevations, sections)
Custom Feature Additions
Description: Adding custom features such as fireplaces, specialized windows, or unique architectural details not included in the original plan.
Rate: $150 per feature
Examples:
Adding a custom fireplace: $150 per affected drawing (e.g., floor plan, sections, elevations)
Incorporating specialized windows: $150 per affected drawing (e.g., floor plan, elevations, details)
Including unique architectural details like a decorative cornice: $150 per affected drawing (e.g., floor plan, elevations, sections)
Expedited Plan Modifications
Description: Fast-tracking the modifications to meet urgent deadlines. Available for all modification levels.
Rate: An additional $50 per affected drawing on top of the standard modification rate
Examples:
Basic Modification (e.g., resizing two windows): $25 each + $50 expedited fee per drawing
Intermediate Modification (e.g., moving an interior wall): $50 + $50 expedited fee per drawing
Advanced Modification (e.g., reconfiguring the layout of the main floor): $100 + $50 expedited fee per drawing
Total Cost: Varies based on the number of affected drawings and the type of modification.
Note: All rates are per item unless bundled into a package, which can be customized based on client needs and may offer cost savings. Detailed consultations to discuss modifications are recommended and can be scheduled for a $50 fee. Clients will receive an estimate for the total cost of modifications after the initial consultation to ensure clarity and agreement on the scope of work.
